Video: David Gilliland Wrecks Juan Pablo Montoya

David Gilliland wrecked Juan Pablo Montoya at Texas Motor Speedway after several laps of leaning on each other.  Gilliland was eventually parked by NASCAR for reckless driving.  Give us your comments below to be used on our Tuesday Talk Show Podcast.

    David Gilliland should be suspended for at least one race for his complete lack of brain power. Someone could have been injured or killed as a result of Gilliland’s intentional wreck causing move. It is time that NASCAR put an end to these stupid retaliatory maneuvers and not only panelize teams and drivers, but suspend guilty parties from participating in NASCAR sanctioned events.
    Gilliand’s feeble excuse simply does not pass the smell test. And hopefully NASCAR doesn’t buy it either.

    In a sport that dangerous, intentionally wrecking someone, should come with some very hefty penalties. Not just monetary penalties either, I’d sideline him for at least 2 or 3 races, if not for the rest of the season. He could’ve killed Montoya.
