Video: Carl Edwards flips Brad Keselowski at Atlanta

March 7, 2010 by admin

It seems that Carl Edwards intentionally wrecked Brad Keselowski with 6 laps to go, sending the 12 car on it’s roof.  Keselowski was on his way to a top 5 run.  Carl Edwards was parked by NASCAR and sent to meet with NASCAR officials.

What should NASCAR do to Carl Edwards?

This is not the bumping NASCAR had in mind when they “took the gloves off”. Banging for position, racing hard, wheel to wheel and leaving it on the track is totally different than running down a competitor 150 laps later. This was a childish move by Edwards and should meet with extreme penalties.

nascar should have taken care of keselowski a long time ago.
it was bound to happen sooner or later. carl edwards seems to be the only driver with enough guts to push back. after today, i’m definitely a carl edwards fan!

    Wow, what a jacka$$.

    Rico.

Way to go Carl!! That boy got what he deserved & I hope Nascar see’s it that way.

  5. Tina says:

Carl Edwards is far from a jacka$$. One of the bester guys on the track. Only one better is Mark Martin! Brad is punk who got what he deserved. He’s a big hack who has done the same if not worse! If he should be punished to the fullest it will be SO VERY unfair. I have seen worse out on those tracks and they get away with it. Why is Carl getting so much heat for this??

  6. Bob Berry says:

Anybody who thinks what Carl did is part of racing has never raced or owned a car. I used to really like Carl but I have lost a lot of respect for him with that move. I have no respect for NASCAR and we have 3 generations of racers in our family. I’d rather settle it in the garage but then it’s just WWF. You want the “Boys” to race? Take off the ground effects, wings and restrictor plates and let them “DRIVE”. They made these damn cars today so that you just have to steer them!
