The finish between Tony Stewart and Regan Smith at the Amp Energy 500 at Talladega Super Speedway was wild.  Regan Smith drove below the yellow line to pass Tony Stewart coming to the checkered flag.  NASCAR has always stated that drivers can never pass below the yellow line in order to improve their position.  What [...]
